Submit a Site Plan which includes as a minimun: Permits for New Structures, Additions, or Alterations for 3-unit and 4-unit (triplex and fourplex) residential structures require the following information to be submitted to the Building Department at 623 Garrison Avenue, Room 405. A (New, Addition, or Alteration) to a tri-plex or a four-plex needs the following information to be turned into the city offices. The building department staff can assist you with determining the specific information you will need for your building permit. You should contact the building department at 47 to discuss your project.
